Our Assertiveness Training Course will give you the confidence and tools you need to assert yourself in a range of situations. It will firstly enable you to distinguish between passive, assertive and aggressive behaviour and give you a simple checklist to help you identify where you need to develop whether you are someone who tends not to speak up or whether you are someone who is prone to speaking up in an aggressive manner. It will give you. a range of tools to help you package your communications assertively, whether it be speaking up about your feelings, challenging someone else's viewpoint or saying no.

Create a mindset for assertive behaviour

Assertiveness Diagnostic

If you would like a more in depth programme, we can offer you a detailed 36 question assertiveness assessment which will give you a score for each of the four behaviours . This can be combined with some 121 coaching in which we will work with you to analyse your results in detail, support you in identifying tangible steps you can take and give you a range of tools bespoke to your development needs.

This training course is available for face-to-face delivery. We will travel to your offices and create a fully immersive experience which includes theory, demonstrations, activities, action planning and the added bonus of your employees being able to meet and network with colleagues.

Virtual

This training course can be delivered virtually — either as complete days or over a series of bite-sized modules, helping you to manage you time better. We can adapt the course length and format to suit your needs and we can also offer a hybrid option.
