Our DISC Communication Styles workshop will provide you with a very simple yet highly effective model that will enable you to improve your communications, build relationships, reduce conflict and influence others more effectively. Whether you are a manager looking to understand your team members better or you simply want to learn how to understand and communicate well with your colleagues and stakeholders, this workshop will prove to be extremely insightful and beneficial. You will learn about each of the four DISC communication styles, the characteristics and strengths of each style and the potential perceived weaknesses of each style. You will also take some time to explore your own DISC style and what this means for you, your communications and relationships.
Choose to either complete an in-depth profiling tool which will generate a detailed DISC report for all participants attending the training or complete a short assessment during the training itself.
